Donna D. Hendershot

WATERFORD, Ohio - Donna D. Hendershot, 64, of Buchanan Road, Waterford, died Saturday (March 7, 2009) at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

She was born Dec. 17, 1944, in Spencer, W.Va., to the late Marshall Ernest and Geraldine Ruth Knopp Lupardus.

Donna was a member of the Arbor Day Foundation, past member of Pioneer City Riding Club, and Washington County Contest Horse Association.

She is survived by her husband, Dwight Hendershot; son, Trent (Lea) Hendershot, of Waterford; granddaughters, Autumn Rose and Audrey Grace Hendershot; foster child, Normandy Sparkman; brothers, Roger Lupardus of Waterford, and David (Barbara) Lupardus of Vincent; sisters, Joyce Williams of Marietta, Barbara (Joe) Proctor, and Erma Louise (John) Miller of Vincent; and foster brothers, Donald (Sue) Blough of Indiana, and Danny Ray Blough of California.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael Wayne Hendershot; and a brother, Larry Kent Lupardus.

A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family, and her cremains will be buried on the family plot at Barlow Cemetery.
