The bride is the daughter of Tina Spencer of Torch and Harold Howell of Cutler. She is the granddaughter of Sharon Smith of Coolville and Nancy Rowland of Cutler.
She is a 2004 graduate of Parkersburg South High School.
The bridegroom is the son of Sherry and Harold Phillips of Parkersburg.
He is a 1999 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and is employed by Lowe's.
The bride and bridegroom have two sons together - Landon, who is 2 years old; and Maddix, who is 6 weeks old.
The couple reside in Parkersburg.
Rice-Lauderman
Brianna Diane Rice and Noah S. Lauderman were united in marriage on July 24, 2009, at Marietta.
The bride is the daughter of Brian T. Rice of Waverly, W.Va., and Gina Kuhl of Parkersburg.
The bridegroom is the son of Henry and Nancy Lauderman of Reno.
The bride wore a princess-style gown of white satin with a beaded bodice and a short train. The gown was accented with a double-strand choker of small pearls, a gift from her paternal grandmother.
Jessica Snider was the maid of honor. Emily Ferrell, the bride's cousin, was junior bridesmaid. Both wore blue dresses.
The bridegroom wore the dress greens of the Ohio National Guard. Best man was Jason Wallace.
A reception was held at the home of the bridegroom's parents.
After a brief honeymoon in Florida, the couple will reside in Williamstown and attend their respective colleges.
