Concert to be held on New Year's Eve
Cornerstone Gospel Church is having a New Year's Eve concert that will begin at 9 p.m. featuring David Wells and Heaven's Rush.
Food and refreshments will be served at 10:30 p.m., and those attending will have praise and worship and pray in the new year at 11:30 p.m.
A love offering will be taken to offset costs; however, this is a free concert.
The church is at 3100 17th Ave., off 28th Street, in Vienna, W.Va.

Revivial services at Fairview Heights
Revival services are being held Jan. 7 to 9 at the Fairview Heights Chapel on Harmar Hill in Marietta.
Services will begin at 7 p.m. each evening, with special singing to be presented each night. Speaker will be Evangelist Alan Stewart of Ravenswood, W.Va.
Melvin Conley is the church pastor.
Church to observe 'Youth Sunday'
Tunnel United Methodist Church will be observing "Youth Sunday" this weekend on Sunday, Dec. 27.
The church youth will be in charge of the 9 a.m. worship service.
New Year's Eve sing at area civic center
A New Year's Eve sing will begin at 7 p.m. on Dec. 31 at the Pritchard-Laughlin Civic Center at 7033 Glenn Highway (U.S. 40), east of Interstate 70, Exit 176, in Cambridge.
Admission and parking are free.
The event is being sponsored by the Guernsey Gospel Jubilee Association, a non-profit group that promotes southern gospel music.

Program for troubled married couples
Retrouvaille of Youngstown, a peer ministry of couples helping other troubled married couples, is conducting a weekend program Feb. 5 to 7 at the Holiday Inn South in Boardman, Ohio.
Retrouvaille is a program that begins with a weekend experience and continues through six weekly follow-up sessions in which couples learn truths about their relationship and a new method of communicating.
The presenting couples and a clergy member guide the couples through the process telling about their experiences with the disillusionment and misery involved in their marriages.

Sunday services at the Marietta Bible Center Church will be at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Dec. 27.
A New Year's Eve service will be held on Thursday evening, Dec. 31, instead of the usual Wednesday night service.

Church offers Book of Mormon or DVD
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is offering a free Book of Mormon or a free "Joy to the World" DVD on the meaning of Christmas.
The "Joy to the World" DVD retells the events of Christ's birth as recorded in the Holy Bible and includes Scripture, music by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square, visual re-enactments and testimonies.

Marietta churches sponsor two radio programs in the area on Sundays.
"Back To The Bible," a radio program sponsored by Marietta/Reno Church of Christ, is heard from 8:30 to 9 a.m. Sundays at AM 630 and FM 100.9.
"Good News from Christ," a radio program of worship and music from Christ United Methodist Church in Marietta, is heard at 10:06 a.m. each Sunday on WMOA, AM 1490.
