Cobb-Brunoni

Lisa Marie Cobb and John Anthony Brunoni Jr. were united in marriage on Sept. 12, 2009, at First Baptist Church of Marietta. Pastor David Bilyeu of Reno, Ohio, officiated for the double ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Tammy Cobb of New Matamoras and the late John Cobb III. The bridegroom is the son of John and LeeAnn Brunoni Sr. of New Matamoras.

The bride wore a strapless ivory ball gown with a semi-cathedral train and a fingertip length veil. The top of the dress had crystal beading and rhinestones and the dress had pickups all over with rhinestones at the center of each gathering. The bride wore a pearl necklace and earrings and carried a bouquet of ivory roses with a few red flowers throughout. The bouquet also had a memorial picture of the bride's father.

Maid of honor was Melissa Theobald. Bridesmaids were Mollie Reed and Molly Theobald. Maid of honor wore a chiffon cocktail length dress with a satin bodice with beaded embroidery. The bridesmaids wore a strapless cocktail length dress with a cream satin sash. Their dresses also featured a crystal broche. The attendants carried a bouquet of red flowers with a few cream done by Jill Reed, aunt of the bride.

Best man was David Brunoni, brother of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Bobby Brunoni and Nick Brunoni, brothers of the bridegroom.

Johnny Cobb, Levi Cobb and Ty Cobb, brothers of the bride, were ushers, along with Jake Brunoni, cousin of the bridegroom.

Flower girl was Khloe Aires, cousin of the bridegroom, and ringbearer was JW Cobb, nephew of the bride. Christy Cobb, sister-in-law of the bride, registered guests.

A dinner dance reception followed at the American Legion.

The bride is a 2004 graduate of Frontier High School and a 2006 graduate of Washington State Community College, with an associate's degree in early childhood.

The bridegroom graduated from Frontier High School in 2003. He is employed at Broughton Foods as a processor.

The couple honeymooned in Miami, Fla., Bahamas and Key West and are now residing in New Matamoras.
