Tyree-Horner

Casey Renee Tyree and Joshua David Horner were united in marriage on July 3, 2010, at Pastor's Circle in Coopers Rock State Forest, Morgantown, W.Va. Both fathers, Pastor James Tyree and Pastor Michael Horner, officiated the double ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Pastor James and Debbie Tyree of Romney, W.Va. She is the granddaughter of the late Burr and Ruth Shanholtz of Romney and the late Paul and Eloise Tyree, of Craigsville, W.Va.

The bridegroom is the son of Pastor Michael and Sherri Horner of Williamstown. He is the grandson of Larry and Elizabeth Wright of Williamstown, Billie Horner of Marietta and Ben and Lynn Horner of Orrville, Ohio.

The bride wore an ivory allover beaded lace trumpet gown with an empire waist, cap sleeves and a chapel train. Her jewelry consisted of pearl earrings and her paternal grandmother's pearls. The bride carried a hand-tied bouquet of ivory Gerbera daises.

Attending the bride was the maid of honor Rebekah Strite. Serving as bridesmaids were Jillian Kesner, Maggie Page, Jessica Hardesty, Mandy Kaler and Meg Zafiris. Sara Beth Horner, sister of the groom, served as junior bridesmaid. The bridesmaids wore green peridot street-length dresses and carried a Gerbera daisy. Tori Shanholtz, cousin of the bride, served as flower girl and was attired in an ivory Cinderella dress.

Attending the bridegroom was the best man Jesse Horner, brother of the bridegroom. Serving as groomsmen were Justin Tyree, brother of the bride, Mike Graham, Dan Hardesty, Elliott Lewis and D.C. Conant. Cole Wright, cousin of the bridegroom, served as junior groomsman and the ring-barer. The bridegroom wore a black tuxedo with ivory vest and tie. The groomsmen were attired in black tuxedos with green peridot vests and ties.

Violinists Aryelle Delgado and Phoebe Carnill provided music for the ceremony. Soloist Shea-Mikal Green sang two pieces during the ceremony. Lindsay Bailey, cousin of the groom, and Heather Shanholtz, cousin of the bride, served as guest registrar for the ceremony.

The reception followed at the Ramada Inn of Morgantown, W.Va.

The couple enjoyed a honeymoon at West Palm Beach, Fla.

The bride is a graduate of West Virginia University with a master of arts in rehabilitation counseling.

The bridegroom is a graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in public relations. He is currently pursuing a master of divinity at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Ky., where the couple now resides.
