Feminists demanded an apology from White House chief of staff Donald Regan for saying that most women don't understand human rights, arms control or other weighty issues being discussed at the U.S.-Soviet summit in Geneva, Switzerland. He told reporters that most women would, instead, be interested in the activities of first ladies Nancy Reagan and Raisa Gorbechev.
