Rilling brings over 20 years relocation and real estate experience to her clients. Her real estate career began as a licensed agent in suburban Chicago, Ill. She moved to Cincinnati in 1986, and currently holds an Ohio real estate license. Since 1989, Rilling has served as a relocation professional in the Greater Cincinnati region. Her expertise includes designing, implementing, and managing relocation programs for local corporations, helping transferees throughout the process.
Rilling's professional affiliations include past president and board member of the Greater Cincinnati Relocation council, where she remains a member. She is also a member of the Greater-Cincinnati Human Resources Association, and the Employee Relocation Council. Schilling is a graduate of Northwestern University.
