The Williamstown Elementary School PTA Auction will be held Friday.
The annual Spring Carnival will be held the next day on Saturday.
Both annual events will be at the WES Gymnasium at 418 Williams Ave., Williamstown.
The auction doors will open at 6 p.m. Friday. The silent auction will begin at 6. The live auction, featuring Mike Voshel, will begin at 7. There are items to bid on including WVU football tickets, Greenbrier Golf Classic Tournament tickets, Pittsburgh Pirates game tickets, Whitewater Rafting River Expeditions, Walt Disney World Park Hopper tickets, Oglebay golf packages, autographed sports memorabilia and much more.
The annual WES Carnival featuring the Fenton Dime Toss will begin Saturday, at 11a.m. and run until 2 p.m.
Tickets are 1 for $.25 or 20 for $5. All-day passes are available $20 for the first child, $10 for each additional child per family. Fenton dime toss and bingo tickets are sold separately. Lunch and goodies will be available in the Cafeteria at a nominal fee.
Admission is free and open to the public for both events.
This is WES PTA's largest yearly fundraiser and assists on funding many programs for the school including teacher grants, educational field trips, Camp Echo, school improvements, Secret Santa Workshop and the Accelerated Reading Program.
