Robert and Sarah Silvus of Hackney, Ohio, are celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary April 16 with a card shower. There will be a family dinner celebration at a later date.
She is the daughter of the late Mike and Anna Ponchak and he is the son of the late Cooley and Hazel Silvus.
They have one daughter, Linda (Paul) Wagner of Hackney. The couple also have a granddaughter, Melissa (Rich) Percic of Lisbon, Ohio, who also celebrate their sixth anniversary on the same day.
