Sam and Denise Humphries of Mineral Wells will be celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary on May 8.
They were united in marriage by the Rev. Paul Morrison at his parsonage in Pettyville on May 8, 1981.
Humphries is the son of Phyllis and the late Jerry Humphries. He was employed at Benson Truck Bodies for 29 years and currently employed with Conley Fabrication in Mineral Wells.
She is the daughter of Elva and the late Joe Anderson. She is employed at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital with 28 years service.
The couple have three children: a son, Rusty Parsons and girlfriend, Marsha Lancaster of Belpre; a daughter, Beth Dickerson and husband, Chris, of Parkersburg; and daughter, Amy Owens and husband Mike of Belpre. They also have six grandchildren: Corbin, Shyla and Makenna Parsons; Caleb Yost; and Brayden and Gavin Owens.
