Nicole Marie Knight of St. Marys, W.Va. and Dustin Allen Hendershot of Middlebourne, W.Va., along with their parents, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Terry and Darla Knight of St. Marys and Joe and Amy Hott of New York. She is the granddaughter of Wes and RoseAnne Riggs of St. Marys, Don and Carolyn Handschumacher of New Matamoras, and the late Bruce and Mary Knight.
She is a 2006 graduate of St. Marys High School and attends Washington State Community College.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Richard and Cathy Pyles of Middlebourne, and the late Nelson Hendershot. He is the grandson of Sharon Saunders of Marietta and the late David Saunders, Patsy Hendershot of Waterford, and the late Jack W. Hendershot, and Gay Pyles of Middlebourne, and the late Charles Ed Pyles.
He is a 2002 graduate of Fort Frye High School, a 2005 graduate of Washington State Community College, and is employed by East Resources.
An August wedding is being planned. The couple will honeymoon in the Caribbean and will reside in Middlebourne.
