Jeff and Sue Price of Marietta announce the engagement of their daughter, Whitney Elizabeth Price to Ryan Thomas Wood, son of Sheri and Craig Wood, of Versailles, Ky.
The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Marietta High School and a 2010 graduate of Transylvania University, in economics, in Lexington, Ky. She is currently a personal banker for JP Morgan Chase Bank in Lexington. She will attend University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in August of 2011.
The prospective bridegroom is a 2005 graduate of Woodford County High School, a 2009 graduate of Transylvania University, in political science, and will begin his final year of schooling at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where he serves on Law Review. He is currently employed at Jackson Kelly PLLC as a summer associate.
The couple are planning a summer of 2012 wedding at Millwood Spring Farm, Ky., the home of the prospective bridegroom's parents.
