Donald and Donna (Gray) Kern will be celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary Aug. 14, 2011. They were married at St. Bernard's Catholic Church by the Rev. William Campbell.
She is the daughter of Dorothy (Jurden) Gray and the late Harry Gray. He is the son of the late Herman and Reva (Stollar) Kern.
The couple have one daughter, Angela Kern Seaworth. She is married to Douglas Seaworth and they have two children: Benjamin Kern Seaworth and Audrey Celeste Seaworth. They reside in Houston, Texas.
He is retired from G.E. Plastics and she is retired from Marietta City Schools. They are both members of St. Mary Catholic Church. They will be celebrating their anniversary with a cruise to the Bahamas.
