Glen and Cecelia Dearth, of 1977 State Route 377, Stockport, will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on Aug. 30.
They will hold an open house on Aug. 27 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Reicker Building Multi Purpose Room located at 155 E. Main Street, McConnelsville, across from NAPA Auto Parts.
He is the son of the late Wayne and Zepha Dearth of Pennsville and she is the daughter of the late Phil and Edith Sheridan of Athens.
They have two daughters: Dixie (Kevin) Jenne of Stockport and Janet Dearth of Athens; and four grandchildren, Amelia and Orry Jenne and Justin and Jordan Latta.
The couple request no gifts.
