Richard "Dick and Martha Biehl of 11065 State Route 26, Marietta, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday, Sept. 3. They were married Sept. 3, 1961, at Zion Evangelical and Reformed Church by the late Rev. B.H. Tannler.
He is the son of the late Delbert and Martha Eddy Biehl. She is the daughter of the late Wilbert and Ida Pabst Zimmerman.
He is a retired farmer and township trustee who operated Biehl's Store with his wife for many years until it closed in October of 1993.

The couple have two daughters: Lisa Almond and her husband, Bobby; and Penny Biehl. They also have three grandchildren: Danielle, Jarrett, and Chase Almond.
They celebrated their anniversary at a reception following the Biehl reunion on July 16.
