Jim and Norwista Gregory will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house at the Beverly Masonic Lodge in Beverly on Sept. 25 from 3 to 5 p.m.
They were married Sept. 23, 1961, at the Malta United Methodist Church by the Rev. Don B. Wilfong.
She is the daughter of the late Lee and Evelyn Hollett of Stockport. He is the son of the late Sanford E. Gregory of Fleming and the late Bernetta Gregory of Lowell.
They have two sons: Jim Jr. of Southpoint and Rusty (Tammy) Gregory of Beverly.
They have four grandchildren: Tyler and Sierra of Southpoint and Kyle and Travis of Beverly.
He retired from Amoco in 1996. They attend the Salem United Methodist Church of Waterford.
They request no gifts.
