Jim and Sandy Wagner of Vincent will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Oct. 8. They were married Oct. 8, 1961, at Oak Hill EUB Church in Palmer Township.
He is the son of the late G.L. (Roy) and the late Barnetta Wagner. He is retired from the CSX Railroad after 38 years of service.
She is the daughter of the late Gilbert and the late Helen Ewing.
The couple have four children: Joni (Ruben) Cabanillas of Marengo, Ohio, Jeff (Terri) Wagner of Vincent, Suzi (Jeff) White of Lower Salem, and Beth (Dean) Sinclair of Vincent.
They have 10 grandchildren: Isaac and Gabe Cabanillas; Josh Wagner; Austin and Katie Johnson; Jessi, Josie, Jilli, Jenna White; and Sierra Sinclair. They have one great-grandchild, Joey Cabanillas.
They will celebrate an open house at their home on Oct. 8 from 2 to 4 p.m. at 1093 Burnfield Road, Vincent. Please omit gifts and cards and bring a box or can of food for the local food pantry, Belpre Area Ministries.
