Together with their families, Nicole Eileen Jackson and Nicholas Scott Wires announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jim and Connie Jackson of Coolville. She is the older sister of Kyle and Abigail Jackson. The bride is the granddaughter of Leroy and Judy Hendrix of Tuppers Plains, and Betty and the late Bob Jackson of Reedsville.
She is a 2006 graduate of Federal Hocking High School, and the 2010 graduate of Marietta College in broadcasting. The bride is currently continuing her education at Marietta College, and is set to graduate in December of 2011 with a master's in corporate media.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Jackie Brunty of Coolville, and the late Tamera Wires of Martinsburg. He is the younger brother to Zach Wires. He is the grandson of Judith and the late Ralph Brunty of Coolville.
He is the 2004 graduate of Federal Hocking High School.
The couple will exchange vows on Oct. 15 at 2 p.m. in Rockbridge, Ohio.
