Clyde D. and Lois M. Grub celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Oct 14. They were married Oct 14, 1951, in the Sandhill Methodist Church in Reno, Ohio, by Pastor Lester Lehman.
He is the son of late Oscar and Elva (Worstell) Grub. She is the daughter of the late Christy and Bessie (Tunney) Holzapfel.
He retired in 1987 from the Plumbers and Pipefitters local 168. She was a homemaker and had worked at Fenton Art Glass Company.
They are the parents of three daughters: Deborah Burton (Scott McKitrick), Denise Grub (Russ Parsons) and Lisa McNeill (Glenn); five grandchildren, Scott Huggins (Kristin), Trevor Burton, Jaime Toncray, Trae Chancellor (Jayme Price), Bryan Williams (Cori), Benjamin McNeill, Trisha McNeill (Andy Rahe); and six great-grandchildren, Kayla, Kara and Aiden Toncray, Natalie and Josh Williams and Audrey Huggins.
Their anniversary was celebrated Oct. 15th with a dinner at DaVinci's attended by their children and grandchildren.
