Mark and Barbara Burnfield of Vincent are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on Dec. 9. There will be a celebration from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the Barlow Fairgrounds dining hall given by their nephews, Don and Dwayne McAfee.
They were married Dec. 9, 1961, at St. Ambrose Church in Vincent by the late Father Campbell.
He is the son of the late William "Red" and the late Mary Burnfield of Vincent.
She is the daughter of the late Clarence and the late Elsie Welch of Vincent.
He is a retired self-employed truck driver and a Dunham Township Trustee. She is retired from the Belpre Cleaners and Barb's Market and Deli.
The couple ran and operated Hillbilly Dance Barn and continue ownership of the Hillbilly Auction Barn.
They reside at 1990 Burnfield Road, Vincent, Ohio 45784.
