ASHLAND - Corey Fickiesen, of Reno, is a member of the Sport Management Club at Ashland University.
The Sport Management Club's activities include participating in the Dale Roy School Field Day, sponsoring the Ashland University Indoor Triathlon and attending the sport management student conference. Sport professional guest speakers are also invited at various points during the year. All students are welcomed and encouraged to join.
Fickiesen is majoring in sport management. He is the son of Brad and Kristie Fickiesen of Reno, and is a 2011 graduate of Frontier High School.

ASHLAND, Ohio - Nate Sayatovich, of McConnelsville, is a member of Kappa Kappa Psi at Ashland University. Sayatovich is majoring in theatre.
Sayatovich is the son of Terry and Vicki Sayatovich of McConnelsville. He is a 2009 graduate of Morgan High School.
The purpose of Kappa Kappa Psi is to enhance the Ashland University instrumental music program and to honor outstanding members. Kappa Kappa Psi's activities include assisting the Music Department, organizing projects to benefit the band programs and participating in regional meetings and a district convention each year. Membership in Kappa Kappa Psi is open to any Ashland University band member who maintains a 2.0 GPA.

ASHLAND - Amy Highland, of Belpre, has received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Ashland University at the Winter Commencement ceremony on Dec. 17.
Highland majored in nursing. Highland graduated with Cum Laude honors.
