Together with their families, Kayla Lynnette Miller and Matthew James Ciotti announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ted and Trina Miller of Churchtown, Ohio. She is the granddaughter of Bob and Betty Pottmeyer of Churchtown, and Rita Miller and the late Pete Miller of Beverly. She is a 2004 graduate of Waterford High School and a 2008 graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering. She is employed by General Electric Aviation in Cincinnati and is working toward her master's in supply chain management from Penn State University.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Janis Walker of Madison, Ohio, and Jim and Renee Ciotti of Salem, Ohio. He is the grandson of Wayne Walker and the late Marjorie Walker of Barnesville, Ohio, and Virginia Ciotti and the late Tullio Ciotti of Salem. He is a 2002 graduate of Salem High School, a 2006 graduate of the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in biology and a 2008 graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a Master of Science in anesthesia. He is currently an anesthesiologist assistant at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati.
The couple is planning a wedding for Oct. 20, 2012, in Cincinnati.
