Katlyn Marie Hendershot of Middlebourne, W.Va. and Christopher Scott Yohn of Jefferson County, W.Va., along with their parents, announce their engagement and upcoming nuptials.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Rick and Cathy Pyles of Middlebourne and the late Nelson Hendershot of Waterford. She is the granddaughter of Sharon Saunders of Marietta and the late David Saunders, Patsy Hendershot of Waterford and the late Jack W. Hendershot, Gay Pyles of Middlebourne and the late Charles Ed Pyles.
She is a graduate of Tyler Consolidated High School and received a degree in agriculture education from West Virginia University. She is employed as an education outreach specialist for the Eastern Panhandle Conservation District.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Katie Yohn and the grandson of Victor and Dorothy Copestake of Reisterstown, Md. He is a graduate of Jefferson High School and received a degree in animal and nutritional sciences from West Virginia University. He is employed as a Herdsman at Riggs & Stiles Inc. in Clarke County, Va..
The wedding will be held March 24, 2012, in Shepherdstown, W.Va.
