Pennock-Heiss
Together with their families, Roxanne Marie Pennock and Alex Andrew Heiss announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Bobby and Maryann Pennock and Susie and Bill Baker, all of Beverly. She is the granddaughter of Arlene and the late Bob Pennock of Beverly and Harold and Diane Tuten of Devola.
She is a 2002 graduate of Fort Frye High School and a 2006 graduate of Marietta College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing. She is currently employed by the Ohio Department of Transportation
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Rick and Teresa Heiss of Marietta and Melody and Tommy Tucker of Beverly. He is the grandson of George and Camilla Heiss of Beverly, Marylou and Burl Moore of Belpre, and the late Ambrose Arnold.
He is a 2003 graduate of Waterford High School and a 2008 graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science from the school of Agriculture in construction management. He is currently employed at Lang Masonry as an assistant project manager.
They are planning the wedding for Aug. 18, 2012, in Churchtown.
