Neil and Pam Baker of Williamstown announce the engagement of their daughter, Allison, to Cheyne Stephens, son of David and Sharon Stephens of Vienna, W.Va.
The bride-to-be graduated in 2008 from Ohio Valley University with a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis in psychology and education. She is putting these skills into practice working in early learning and childcare.
The prospective bridegroom graduated in 2010 from West Virginia University at Parkersburg with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and will be returning to college this fall to pursue a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in management and marketing.
The couple will be married in June aboard the Valley Gem Sternwheeler. Teddy Tackett will be officiating the wedding.
