Tisa Offenberger and Kyle Medlin, both of Waterford, together with their parents, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of P. J. and Buck Stanley of Waterford, and Tim and Joan Offenberger. She is the granddaughter of Rosemary Heiss and the late Fred Heiss, of Waterford, Butch and Carolyn Offenberger, and the late Barb Offenberger.
She is a 2007 graduate of Waterford High School and a 2010 graduate of Washington State Community College. She is employed at B&W Pharmacy in Beverly.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Daniel Medlin of Beverly and Michele Gann of Gulfport, Miss. He is the grandson of Gerald and Pamela Medlin of Searcy, Ark., and Michael and Kathleen Guidry of Marrero, La.
He is a 2005 graduate of Fort Frye High School and a 2010 graduate of Washington State Community College. He is employed at Suntech Contractor for AEP as a cost technician.
The wedding is being planned for April 21, 2012, at St. John the Baptist Church in Churchtown with an open reception to follow at the K of C Hall in Churchtown.
