Marietta College's Ben Reese '13 (Marietta) and Nyssa Wilkerson '12 (Cleveland, Ohio) each finished second in Parliamentary Debate as the Pioneers finished third in the Ohio Forensics Association Varsity State Championship.
Reece also finished sixth as the Parliamentary Debate Speaker for the event.
Other Marietta College participants were Andrew Kasick '13 (Marietta), Eric Miranda '15 (Olmsted Falls, Ohio) and Jacob Markiewicz '15 (Winfield, Tenn.).
Other schools that participated in the tournament were: Akron, Bowling Green, Cedarville, Heidelberg, Malone, Miami of Ohio, Muskingum, Ohio and Ohio State.
