W.Va. deaf, blind schools workers fight for jobs

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — Child care workers at the West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and Blind are asking the state Board of Education to reconsider a new policy requiring them to obtain an associate's degree.
