The bride-to-be is the daughter of Douglas Daugherty of Columbus and Hazel Life of Washington W.Va. She is the Director of Finance and Operations of the Marietta Community Foundation in Marietta.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Rocky and Susan Allender of Marietta. He is a police officer for Marietta College Police Department and a reserve for the Washington County Sheriffs office in Marietta.
