Danielle Marie McCauley and Brandon Lee Thrasher were united in marriage on Oct. 1, 2011, at Veto Gospel Tabernacle. The bridegroom's stepfather, Pastor Wayne Vogelsong officiated.
The bride is the daughter of David McCauley Jr. of Watertown and Robin (Richard) Seevers of Newport. She is the granddaughter of David (Sharon) McCauley Sr. of Watertown, David (Shirley) Ramage of Caldwell, Roger (Vicki) Seevers of Newport, and Rose (Kenny) Conley of Newport. She is a 2007 graduate of the Washington County Career Center and Frontier High School. She is employed at Harmar Place.
The bridegroom is the son of Bryan Thrasher of Marietta and Bobbie (Wayne) Vogelsong of Hocking Port. He is the grandson of Gary Masters and the late Kathryn Masters of Belpre, Roseen Trout and the late Herman Trout of Barlow, Bob Meek of Beverly, and the late Leroy Thrasher. He is a 2003 graduate of the Washington County Career Center and Warren High School. He is employed at Hino.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted to the altar by her father. She wore a white satin gown with a beaded lace halter and tulle skirt. She carried a bouquet of white and red roses accented by smaller black and silver roses.
The maid of honor was Natasha Dunn and the bridesmaid was Charity Bailey. They wore black knee length gowns and carried a bouquet of white and red roses. The flower girls were Trinity Bailey, niece of the bride, and Emily Dains, the bride's goddaughter.
Serving as best man was Jason Thrasher, brother of the bridegroom. The groomsman was Earl Tidd. The ringbearer was Jaycob Seevers, cousin of the bride.
The reception was held at Good Fellows Park in Marietta.
The couple went to Virginia Beach, Va. for their honeymoon.
They are residing in Newport.
