Together with their parents, Tara Lynnea Zimmer and Dustin James Nigro announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of David and Teresa Zimmer of Stanleyville. She is also the granddaughter Louise Zimmer of Marietta and the late David Zimmer.
She is a 2000 graduate of Marietta High School and 2003 graduate of Marymount Manhattan College and currently works as an Account Manager for the National Association of Broadcasters in Washington D.C.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Patti and Tim Means of Penn Hills, Pa. and the late James Nigro.
He is 2010 graduate of the George Mason University Technical Program and is employed by Georgetown Law University as their IT Specialist.
The couple has planned a wedding for Nov. 3, 2012 at Berg Church, with a reception to follow at the Lafayette Hotel.
