Bock-Mullins

Together with their parents, Anna Elizabeth Bock and Cassidy James Mullins announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. Both reside in the Columbus area.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Susanne Derr Bock of Marietta. She is the granddaughter of the late William and Katherine Derr of Toledo, Ohio, and of the late Robert and Frances Bock of Washington, W.Va.

She graduated from Sir Francis Drake High School in San Anselmo, Calif., and then from Marietta College in 2004 with Bachelor degrees in Spanish and Biology. She teaches high school Spanish at Bishop Hartley High School in Columbus and is completing her Master of Arts in Education through Muskingum University.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Sarah and Randy Jones of Findlay, Ohio, and the late John Mullins, also of Findlay. He is the grandson of John and the late Arletta Sparrowe and of Flonnie Mericle, all of Findlay.

He graduated from Findlay High School and is a 2006 graduate of The Ohio State University where he was Brutus Buckeye. He also received his Master of Science in Pathology there in 2008. He is now a Pathologist Assistant for Central Ohio Pathology Associates working at Mt. Carmel West Hospital in Columbus.

The wedding is planned for June 30, 2012, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Parkersburg, W.Va. A reception will follow in Marietta.
