Margaret Copeland and Patrick McPeek announce their engagement and upcoming wedding to be held on Aug. 11.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Darlene and the late Larry Williams. She is a 1988 graduate of Belpre High School.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of the late Patricia Ann Ross and the late Donald Flynn. He is a 1983 graduate of Belpre High School. The double ring, sand ceremony will include their daughters, Karissa Copeland and Haley McPeek.
The couple will reside in Belpre.
