Together with their parents, Tara Ann Forshey and Richard Emerson Woody announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Edward Forshey and Bonita Brandjes of Parkersburg. She is a 2007 graduate of Parkersburg Catholic High School and is a 2011 graduate of West Virginia University at Parkersburg with an associates degree in nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse by West Virginia University at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of David and Cindy Woody of Parkersburg. He is also a 2007 graduate of Parkersburg Catholic High School. He graduated in May, 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University.
The couple will be married at St. Francis Xavier Church, Parkersburg on Aug. 4, 2012. Following the wedding the couple will reside in Morgantown.
