Robert G. Pierce Jr., 54, of Beverly, Ohio, died Friday (July 6, 2012) at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
He was born Oct. 10, 1957, in Chillicothe, Ohio, son of Robert G. and Marietta Jean Pierce. He attended Fort Frye High School. He had attended the Waterford United Methodist Church and the Porterfield Baptist Church.
He is survived by his parents, Robert and Jean Pierce of Beverly; brother, Dave Pierce and wife, Brenda, of Marietta; sister, Virginia Ewry and husband, William, of Kettering, Ohio; three nephews; and two nieces.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at McCurdy Funeral Home in Beverly with Pastor Wendy Erb officiating. Burial will be in Beverly Cemetery. Friends may call for one hour before the service.
