Marcella Catherine Brown, 85, of Woodsfield, formerly of Pipe Creek Road, Jacobsburg, Ohio, died Tuesday (July 24, 2012). Friends will be received Saturday at Powhatan Point Cemetery for a graveside service. Arrangements by Bauer-Turner Funeral Home in Woodsfield.
