Mercedes Spirit Wise, 4, of Parkersburg, passed away on Thursday (August 30, 2012). She was born on November 28, 2007, in Parkersburg, a daughter of William Michael Young and Shawna Wise.
Mercedes is survived by her parents, two sisters and one brother: Kelci Wise, Devin Wise, Icesis Wise, all of Parkersburg and grandmother Teresa Wise of Marietta.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with burial following in Tunnel Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday after 2 p.m. with family greeting friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.mslfuneralhome.com.
