Frederick "Frog" Eugene Bolyard passed away Tuesday (Sept. 11, 2012), just two days prior to his 73rd birthday, at home with Hospice and surrounded by his loving family after fighting a 10-year illness.
Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville will be in charge of funeral arrangement. Calling hours will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday and funeral at 11 a.m. on Saturday performed by a Randy Burnside, a close family friend, with burial in McConnelsville Cemetery.
