Exercise classes
at Ewing pool
Pool classes are being offered at Ewing School, led by Arthritis Foundation certified instructors, who use gentle, joint-safe exercises developed specifically for people with arthritis. A lifeguard is always present during classes. Gentle movements in a heated pool relieve arthritis pain and stiffness, while increasing the joint flexibility and range of motion. Class participants do not need to know how to swim.
Class fees are $2 per class and can be paid each time you attend. Participants may sign up for a 3:30, 4:30 or 5:30 p.m. class; each are held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays and are one hour in length. Participants may start attending classes at any time.
For registration and information: 373-3781, ext. 21.
