Carolyn Barnhart and Titus Bailey exchanged vows during a double ring, private ceremony for immediate family and close friends on July 2l on the steps of the log cabin in Heritage Park located in the Noble County Fairgrounds. Josh Benson officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of James and Mary Barnhart of Hackney. She is the granddaughter of Earnest and Alice Barnhart of Hackney and the late Berl K. Welch Sr. and Carolyn Waters. She is a 2008 graduate of Fort Frye High School and Washington County Career Center and a 2012 graduate of Washington State Community College, with a dual associates degree in criminal justice law enforcement and corrections.
The bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of Caldwell High School. He is the son of Mark and Christine Bailey of Caldwell. He is employed by DISA (Defense Information System Agency) 220EIS Ohio Air National Guard in Zanesville Ohio, Ohio Noble Correctional Institute and Noble Collision Repair LLS.
The bride wore a sweetheart neckline strapless ivory satin dress with a beaded top. The dress had pickups from the waist to the ground with beading at the bottom and a matching veil.
The maid of honor was Kailyn Cook of Lower Salem. The bridesmaids were Sara Donohue of Blue Rock, Ohio, sister of the bridegroom, and Lynsey Handschumacher of Lower Salem. They wore tea length purple dresses. The bride and her attendants carried a mixture of pansy flowers made by the bride and her mother. The flower girl was Cadence Carpenter, niece of the bride.
Scott Bailey, brother of bridegroom, from Caldwell served as the best man. Groomsmen were Jeremy Donohue of Blue Rock, brother-in-law of bridegroom and Jason Ogle of Logan Ohio. Ring bearers were Jeremy and Matthew Tullius, nephews of the bride.
The reception with a sit down dinner and dancing was held at the Noble learning Center in Caldwell Ohio.
