A. Oppenheim and J.H. Smith are members of the Miller Oil Company. The company has just completed an oil well in Kanawha County, W. Va. which is producing 200 barrels of oil a day.
David Sain is seeking $10,500 in damages against Marshall Windom. Windom allegedly hit Sain with an iron pipe wrench, which cut Sain's cheek, partially paralyzed his face, and knocked him down, breaking his ankle.
