Tracy L. Kay, 46, of Caldwell, passed away Saturday (Sept. 22, 2012) at her home.
Friends will be received Thursday (Sept. 27) from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West St., Caldwell. A funeral service will be held Friday (Sept. 28) at 10 a.m. in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Olive Cemetery in Caldwell.
