An excavator breaks up pavement on Harmar Street in Marietta Thursday as workers began a more-than $1 million project to replace CSX rail lines running down the street between Lord and Lancaster streets. The work is expected to take more than a month and will also include the paving of the 15-foot right-of-way along the street.
