Bernice I. Bell, 79, of Marietta, passed away on Wednesday (Oct. 24, 2012) at Heartland of Marietta. She was born on April 16, 1933, in Marietta, a daughter of Archie and Mabel O'Neil Johnson.
On June 2, 1952, she married Duane Bell who preceded her in death on May 14, 2003.
Bernice is survived by two daughters: Cathy S. Bell (Fiance, Patrick Duckworth) and Barbara J.(Patrick) Feeley both of Marietta; granddaughter, Ashley (Eric) Nash; and sister, Nellie Parent of Marietta.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; three sisters, Peggy Stroud, Betty Matheny and Kathryn Williams.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday (Oct. 27) at 2 p.m. at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with the Rev. Linda Steelman officiating. Burial will follow in Valley Cemetery.
