Littler has a refeshing tone, no hidden agenda

November 1, 2012
The Marietta Times

When one makes a decision on which candidate to vote for, it should be based on what the candidate states they will do and their willingness to avoid extreme positions and reach resolution through thoughtfulness and cooperation. I also believe candidates should be evaluated on their sincerity in considering the concerns and needs of all those they will be representing.

In listening to and meeting with Peg Littler, candidate for Washington County Commissioner, I find the candidate who meets these criteria. If you watched the Commissioner Debate, you saw Ms. Littler look directly into the camera and tell us, the voters, how she would work for our needs and listen to all sides on the issues. Her decisions will be based on research and problem resolution. This is a refreshing tone. Friends and colleagues of Ms. Littler will tell you that negativity is not in her vocabulary. She has no hidden agenda. Her strong leadership is rooted in integrity and honesty with a positive approach to every problem.

As you mark your ballot, please vote along with me for Peg Littler for Washington County Commissioner.

Jerry Jenkins

Marietta

Treasurer, Committee to Elect Peg Littler
