The bride-to-be is the daughter of David and Gillian Keeley of Marietta. She is a 2008 graduate of Marietta High School and is attending the University of Toledo.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Robert and Penny Kinninger of Wapa Koneta. He is a 2008 graduate of Wapa Koneta High School and is attending the University of Toledo.
The wedding is planned for June 2014.
