A meeting about hosting a public forum for learning about the budget problems facing Marietta City Schools will be held Nov. 16. The community is encouraged to come with questions to be addressed at the forum. Dates for the forum have not been determined.
The Ohio Department of Education is set to visit Fort Frye schools. The visit is to determine compliance with Ohio laws and if the schools are meeting state standards.

Romayne Hill, a junior at Marietta High School, has been missing since Nov. 11. It is suspected that he has met with foul play or an accident.
Mrs. Spack is being held at the Washington County Jail. She is under investigation for the suspicious deaths of two other children.
