Fort Frye FFA

November 19, 2012
The Marietta Times

On Oct. 24 to 27, the Fort Frye FFA attended the 84th National FFA convention in Indianapolis, Indiana. There were 15 FFA members in attendance. The students took a charter bus with Warren and Waterford FFA students. When the students arrived they attended the opening ceremony and then went to a Band Perrry/ Brantley Gilbert concert. The next day the students went to the convention center and attended the Buckeye Bash.

The Buckeye Bash is a dance for all Ohio FFA students to attend during National Convention. During the day Friday the students attended leadership conferences, and then latter that night they went to a rodeo. On Saturday the student watched the closing ceremony at the convention and watched students from all over the United States receive their American degrees
