Willie 'Bill' Martin
Willie "Bill" L. Martin, 81, of Cumberland, passed away Sunday (Dec. 2, 2012) at Cambridge Health and Rehab in Cambridge, under the care of Hospice of Guernsey Inc. No visitation will be observed. A graveside service with military honors will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio, with burial to follow. Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West St., Caldwell, has been entrusted to care for the family.
