Delmer Delo, an inside salesman for Crescent & Sprague, celebrates 47 years of service with the company.
Delo's career began with Crescent Supply in June 1965. He started out in the warehouse as a truck driver. From there, he was promoted to manager of the plumbing department. Following this assignment, he became a shipping clerk. He held this position for two years until he was promoted to the front office in 1970. Delmer's knowledge and abilities soon led him to become an outside salesman. His territory stretched from the Ohio River to Morgantown and Elkins, W.Va. Ten years later, Delo was moved back into the office as a purchasing agent for building products and plumbing. He was then moved to inside salesman where he remained until his retirement.
